    1. Physical face lift of the Campus: Land - scape in front of Auditorium , otherAcademic buildings and Central Library.
    2. Revision of entire Academic Programes syllabus of Unversity incorporating community engagement components and on par with thelatest requirements.
    3. Speed up the evaluation of Off - campus M.phil and Ph.D programs.
    4. Proposals for Rs. 2800 crores were submitted to A.P. State Government for onward transmission to Central government under National infrastructure development program.
    5. Submitted proposal for sanction of colleges under Dravidian University for - Agriculture, veterinary, Engineering, Pharmaceuticals for overall integrated development of Kuppam constituency
    6. Restoration of Peace and Academic environment at Dravidian University.

    • Vision and Mission Applicants vision on enhancing quality in the Universities 
    • The Quality of an institution or a programme is generally considered on the basis of placement of its products. It is to be ascertained from quality of material and human resources. Various factors that affect quality of education programmes at graduate, post graduate and research levels are: finance, sincerity of faculty and students and management, skills of management, skills of teaching of faculty members, and quality brain of students. As a leader of the University, I will be able to a) set directions and create a student-focused, learning-oriented climate, set clear and visible values, and high expectations; b) ensure the creation of strategies, systems and methods for achieving excellence, stimulating innovation and building knowledge and capabilities; c) inspire and motivate entire workforce and encourage all staff and scholars to contribute, to develop and learn to be innovative and to be creative; d) be responsible to all stakeholders for the ethics, vision, actions and performance of the departments; e) serve as role model through the University Senior leaders ethical behavior and their personal involvement in planning, communication, coaching, development future leaders, review of organizational performance, and faculty and staff recognition; f) build loyalties and teamwork based on the university’s values and the pursuit of shared goals; g) encourage and support initiative and appropriate risk taking; h) avoid chains of command that require long decision plans; and i) respect the capabilities and requirements of faculty and staff and other stakeholders. 
    • With my academic and research background and competence, I will organize in-service training programmes on various aspects of education and the recent trends in education for quality enhancement in education. As an academic and administrative head, I work for ethos and values such as innovative educational administrative practices with multidisciplinary orientations focusing on the unreached to promote quality, equity and inclusion. 
    • I am confident that I shall make each department within the university as seats for producing quality teachers and develop inquisit minds to promote quality research and innovations in higher education, apart from meeting the needs of local community where the university/ colleges are located. Further, I shall sensitize the local and state level agencies to implement better policies and programmes for quality enhancement in education. With my academic expertise, and national & international exposures, I will be able to give better directions and guidance to the persons involved in education, research, training and extension programmes so as to develop good linkages to mobilize the human resources for collaborative cross cultural research at local, regional, national and international levels. With my academic potentialities, inclusive administrative practices and democratic and participatory approaches, I am confident that I will scheme the University in the world map as one of the Global Centre’s of Education in teaching, training, research, extension and good governance.
